Ybor City, Tampa fl – A woman was hit in the leg by a stray bullet when a fight broke out after Saturday night’s Krewe of Sant’Yago Knight Parade through Ybor City, Tampa police said. Police said that after the Gasparilla event ended, a large crowd gathered in the streets. Then, around 10:15 p.m., an altercation occurred between two groups in the area of 16th Street and East 7th Avenue. Someone fired a gun and a stray bullet struck Camile Prince, 23, in the back of the upper left thigh, police said. She was transported to Tampa General Hospital for treatment. No arrests have been made.
