Full Custody: Deion Sanders Granted Full Custody of His Daughter!

shelomi

NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders has won full custody of his daughter, Shelomi, 9, in a nasty battle with his estranged wife, Pilar. Last week, a Texas jury granted the former Dallas Cowboy star sole custody of his sons, Shilo, 13, and Shedeur, 11, but was given joint custody with Pilar of their daughter. Yesterday, we’re told, Sanders obtained a court order giving him full custody of Shelomi. Pilar’s rep, Kali Bowyer, told us of the decision: “Unbelievable. He gets a judge to sign off on an order to take her daughter. Whose payroll is this judge on? Certainly not the taxpayers’.” The Sanders are in the middle of a contentious divorce and are battling over terms of a prenuptial agreement.

Pilar Claims Deion Sanders Used Steroids In Court; He Walks Out!

Pilar Sanders

Pilar and Deion Sanders have been in court battling it out for a while now. The two are still in court with an on-going custody case on their hands. Neither one is letting up. Deion was pisssssssed yesterday during a hearing because ole’ boy walked out! Deion had an angry outburst in the courtroom on Friday when his ex Pilar accused him of using steroids. Deion stood up and shouted “Oh God” before he jetted out of the courtroom. We’re hearing that the jury was removed from the courtroom. Deion’s attorney, Rick Robertson, said the Super Bowl champion never used steroids and it has no place in this child custody case. While Pilar’s attorney Larry Friedman, claimed the issue was relevant, because Deion allegedly had the drugs in a closet that was accessible to the children. Wow, this get’s more and more interesting! I am waiting to see how this will play out. The judge ruled the testimony should not be presented to the jury.

After court Deion, tweeted:

“A Lie don’t care who tells it. The Truth will prevail. Truth.”

Judge Says Allen Iverson is an Alcoholic & a Horrible Parent

According to TMZ the judge released this statement:

“[Iverson] does not know how to manage the children; has little interest in learning to manage the children and has actually, at times, been a hindrance to their spiritual and emotional growth and development. For example, he has refused to attend to an obvious and serious alcohol problem, which has caused him to do inappropriate things in the presence of the children while impaired. He has left the children alone without supervision. He has left his young daughters in a hotel room with men who are unknown to the mother.”

Tawanna has been granted legal and physical custody of the kids. Allen has some visitation rights but there are conditions he has to adhere to.

Among the conditions, Allen can not drink for the next 18 months.  He also can’t drink alcohol within 24 hours of the time he has his kids and this will continue until they become 18 years old.

He’s also been ordered to see a shrink and attend AA meetings for a year.

Cudi’s back on the cover of Complex for their February/March 2013 issue. The entire feature is available to read here. but here are a few a highlights below. Issue hits newsstands February 4th.

On antidepressants

I took a trip on antidepressant lane for a little bit. After the WZRD song “Dr. Pill” everyone thought I was talking about molly or ecstasy. But I’m talking about prescription meds. I had just gotten a shrink. I was having an emotional breakdown with this breakup. I kept trying different pills for five months. It fucked me up. They weren’t working. It was every side effect on the bottle. I couldn’t fuck.

On not being on Cruel Summer much

I was a little disappointed. But Kanye had a vision for that. Whatever that vision was didn’t include much of me.

On his father’s burial

We didn’t have any money when my dad died. I knew we didn’t have much, but goddamn. I didn’t know it was like that. My mom revealed to me that the casket wasn’t sealed tight. She said my father’s not there, like there’s nothing.

On being labeled a deadbeat dad

That’s what bothered me about that shit that came out [on TMZ about the child custody case]. Why the fuck would I be a deadbeat? I was like, “That’s preposterous.” I didn’t fucking have a dad since I was a kid. I couldn’t wait to have a family and pick up where my dad left off, and be there for my kid.
