L.A. Clippers point guard Chris Paul was named All-Star MVP notching 20 points, 15 assists and 4 steals. He is the first L.A. Clipper to be named All-Star MVP. Carmelo Anthony of the Knicks lead the East squad with 26 points, 12 rebounds and 3 assists. In a game where defense is usually an afterthought Kobe Bryant smothered LeBron James in the fourth quarter, swatting one of his shots. James finished with 19 Points.
