The hip-hop mogul Jay Z and his agency, Roc Nation, bought their new client Skylar Digginsa brand new Mercedes as a graduation present. Diggins, the former Notre Dame women’s basketball star and new Roc Nation client, graduated from the university this weekend. Diggins posted a collage of photos of the car on her Instagram account with the caption, “Got surprised with a new Mercedes! Thanks so much to Jay and @rocnation, and @dancyautogroup!”

According to Radar Online, Beyonce has responded to reports that she and husband Jay-Z are about to make Blue Ivy a big sister! Last night she took to her Instagram to let it be known exactly how she felt.
Radar Online is reporting that the IG pic has since been removed.
This is what came as a result of the world erupting with commentary yesterday after E! News began reporting definitively that Bey was pregnant, and after her friend, Russell Simmons tweeted a congratulations to the Beyonce and Jay-Z. Well, whether it was true or not, everyone wanted to be the very first to break the story, and we guess what happened in the end was, that people hurt the very person they wanted to be happy for. Not good.

Is Rihanna to blame for J.R. Smith‘s struggles during the Knicks/Pacers playoff series? Some Knicks fans out there think so. Rih-Rih and J.R. were spotted partying together after a Knicks win in Game 2 of the series last week and he hasn’t been the same since. So one Knicks fan in particular who goes by the name @peruvian_gawd took it upon himself to call Rihanna out for it on Instagram today. And, according to a screen grab that he posted to his own Instagram page a little while ago, Rihanna responded by going in on the Knicks and J.R.

Whatever you call the combination of promethazine and codeine laced prescription cough syrup–Lean, Drank, Purple Sprite–and a soft drink of choice, it’s use as a recreational drug has long been rampant. Whether you admit to it or not, it can be easily be abused. One rapper in particular who’s been boasting about his bad habit of sipping on that lean is Chief Keef. Lately, the Chicago rapper has been showing images of promethazine bottles and the ubiquitous styrofoam cups that drank users prefer on his Instagram. We got a feeling that Keef doesn’t have a particularly bad cough, though.
Although Lil Wayne contends that he suffers from epilepsy, many attribute his recent extended hospital stay to abuse of “Texas tea.” Soulja Boy, who makes a cameo on Sosa’s Instagram feed with a cup in hand, was recently spotted sharing many images of his heavy drank sipping as well. It looks like Keef went extra hood and occasionally sips it out of a baby bottle. Make sure your baby daughter KayKay who you’re shelling out that child support dough for stays away from those, buddy. No matter your stance on grown men doing what they want to do, Keef is just 17-years-old with a gang of fans and followers that live to mimic his every move. That can be a dangerous thing.

One of the most popular hip-hop groups of the 1990s may officially be over.
Naughty By Nature appeared to implode on social media last night (May 6th) after tweet from the account of group frontman Treach blasted his bandmate, Vinnie. While it is unclear what provoked the outburst, it certainly seemed to indicate that Naughty By Nature’s core was no longer going to be working together. “Vinnie from NAUGHTY BY NATURE is Officially FIRED!!” the tweet read. “Anything he does besides shows til Sept is Frugazy!! F**k him & the Ground he Walks!!” “Anybody that f**ks with that B*tch ass N***a Don’t F**k with Me!!” a second tweet said.
Treach, Vin and DJ/producer Kay Gee have been one of the hip-hop’s most popular touring veteran acts, and were hugely successful during the 1990s, with a string of hit albums and singles. There has been some speculation that the account may have been hacked, but nothing is confirmed.

For the most part, the “Rihanna Navy” is pretty loyal to its fearless Bajan leader– but that doesn’t mean they won’t call her out if need be. Some of Rihanna’s fans flipped on the singer for posting a picture with a baby on Instagram, and calling him her “little ni**a.” Pictures of the braided-up unidentified toddler were sent out to Rihanna’s more than 23 million followers late last week, and they weren’t too happy with the caption. One person wrote, “Why call the child a little ni**a. To the rest who think its cool wth?” Another expressed a general distaste for the word. “I love the hell out of [Rihanna] but I hate that word,” while another adds, “That word is derogatory. If some cultures aren’t allowed to say it, no one should.” Others stood up for her, with one person using the typical excuse. “Just bcuz y’all accept the negative meaning that a word carries doesn’t mean everyone else has to as well, open your mind a bit people.” Rihanna has latched on to the derogatory term, which has become a colloquialism in Black culture–depending on the color of the person using it. Jennifer Lopez, who is Puerto Rican, was criticized for dropping the “n-bomb” on the 2001 remix to “I’m Real,” and Rihanna has even lashed out at non-Black people for using the word. Last year a Dutch magazine called the “Pour It Up” singer a “ni**a b***h,” claiming it was a joke. She responded via Twitter calling the publication’s action “disrespectful” and “desperate.”

Clearly a wedding ring would not suffice. As if having a baby together wasn’t enough, Amber Rose did something to let Wiz Khalifa know it, their love for each other (we assume), is very, very real. She got a tattoo of the Pittsburgh rapper‘s face on her arm. Rose revealed the tat on Instagram, with the caption “True Love #Cam&Amb 
.” The image of the “Work Hard Play Hard” rapper’s smiling face appears to be below another tattoo of a pair of dogs that she has on her left upper arm/shoulder area. The same arm was tat free less than a month ago. The ink was hooked up by tattoo artist Bobby Serna, who Rose has bigged up on social media before.
