Gucci Mane Released From Jail, Once Again

Reports TMZ:

Rapper Gucci Mane has just been released from jail in Georgia after spending nearly three weeks behind bars, TMZ has learned. As we reported, Gucci was arrested April 13th for a probation violation. He’s been in jail since. Gucci’s attorney, Drew Findling, tells us, the probation violation was triggered by a March 25th incident at an Atlanta nightclub … when Gucci allegedly bottled a clubgoer in the head, causing a massive gash. Gucci was charged with aggravated assault in connection with the incident. That case is still pending. He’s due in court later this month. Although earlier reports said otherwise, it was Gucci going upside a soldier’s head with a champagne bottle that was the reason for his parole violation. Coincidentally, or not, a new Gucci Mane song called “So Icey Part 2″ was released on the Internets. Thus, the “Lemonade” rapper’s release is timely considering he has new mixtape, Trap House 3, is out May 21st..

Chris Brown And Drake Headed To Court

Nowadays, when readers see Chris Brown in the news, they skip past the crazy notion its music related and assume he’s in some sort of trouble. Things don’t seem to be clearing up for the R&B singer as he and Drake are headed to court over the absurd fight that took place at W.i.P nightclub back in June. The aftermath of the brawl has resulted in a few lawsuits being filed against Drake and Chris Brown. Romain Julien, a French model who was injured during the brawl, has filed against Drake, Chris Brown, and the nightclub for the injuries he sustained.  NBA star Tony Parker is also suing for injuries inflicted during the fight. With all these lawsuits being thrown out there, Drake and Chris Brown both say they are not responsible and the other should pay the damages in the event that any of the lawsuits win.  Ontop of the lawsuit Chris Brown has also had his share of trouble last night when confronted by an angry “fan” who threatened him.  Stay tuned for further updates on both stories.
