Nicki Minaj has always maintained  a flirtatious but professional relationship with the men in her Young Money camp. Drake has proposed to her on record and Baby can’t run out of reasons to buy her gifts. But in the new video to her song “High School” she took things to a steamy level with her boss Lil Wayneportraying her love interest. In an interview with KYSDC.com Minaj talked about getting up close and personal with the self-professed “p*ssy monsta” and keeping things fun.

“It was like a mix between awkward, funny and nerve racking,” she said. “We had been shooting all day and we were very tired. You know when you get so tired you get silly? That’s how we were. We couldn’t shoot straight through anything so we just kept on laughing…I’ve always been nervous around Wayne because prior to him signing me I was obsessed with him.”

Did Peter Rosenberg End Nicki Minaj’s Career? [VIDEO]

Did Peter Rosenberg end Nicki Minaj’s career? That’s what Hot 97 program director Ebro Darden suggested during a recent installment of ‘The Realness’ with the station’s morning show hosts Rosenberg, Cipha Sounds and K. Foxx. “Rosenberg didn’t want to own this, but about six months ago Rosenberg called Nicki Minaj out for making wack Pop records,” said Ebro. “And Rosenberg, how many records is she selling now?”

Rosenberg then shared that Minaj’s latest release, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded – The Re-Up, sold 36,000 units its first week in stores. To this, Ebro said, “Now Rosenberg that’s all you, you put in work on her son. You gotta own this one. You may have ended Nicki Minaj’s career.” The source of Ebro’s sarcasm stems from the infamous incident where Lil Wayne instructed Nicki Minaj not to perform at this year’s Summer Jam because he felt that his YMCMB artist had been disrespected. Rosenberg had been candid in his distaste for Minaj’s “Starships” single, going as far as telling the crowd at the concerts second stage, “ ”I know there are some chicks here waiting to sing ‘Starships’ later, I’m not talking to y’all right now, f-ck that bullsh-t.

The Hot 97 radio host didn’t say anything that many fans, critics and whoever else weren’t already thinking. However, Rosenberg happened to have a microphone and a large platform to share his opinions with. As for her sales, Nicki herself copped plea before the numbers came in, point out that retailers like Target and Walmart didn’t carry the album, which in effect “set her up to fail.” Nevertheless, do you think Nicki Minaj’s career, which includes a plush American Idol gig and world tours, career is actually over? Nicki Minaj Denied Entry Into Her Album Release Party

Nicki Minaj was slated to host her album release party on Tuesday night at a club in New York City, but an eyewitness exclusively tells RadarOnline.com the pop diva and her entourage were denied at the door by the NYPD because they were at capacity.

Held at Greenhouse Nightclub, the event was sponsored by Smirnoff Iced Cake and Nicki, 29, was supposed to make an appearance with Flo Rida and Fabolous – but came too late to get in.

“Nicki turned up to the club with about 25 people at 3:30 in the morning,” the eyewitness exclusively told RadarOnline.com.

“She wanted to celebrate with her fans, but she was denied entry at the door by the police because they said the venue was at capacity and there was nothing they could do to accommodate her.”

“Nicki wasn’t happy about it, so she and her group just left,” the eyewitness said.
